1. Introduction

Welcome to madeafter.com.my. This website is operated by MADE AFTER ARTISANAL ENTERPRISE (SSM Registration No.: RA0131480-K). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to MADE AFTER.

By accessing our website and/or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all the Terms stated herein, you should not access the website or use our services.

2. Order Acceptance Policy

Order Confirmation:
All orders placed through our website are subject to our acceptance and availability.

Right to Refuse or Cancel:
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse, reject, or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Refund Upon Rejection:
If payment has been made for an order that is subsequently rejected or cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued via the original payment method.

3. Pricing and Payment

Pricing:
All prices displayed are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (including SST, where applicable). Delivery charges, if any, will be clearly stated at checkout.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment Methods:
We accept payment via approved payment gateways and methods as stated on our website at the time of purchase.

Orders will only be processed upon successful payment confirmation.

4. Production and Delivery Policy

No Same-Day Delivery:
We do not offer same-day delivery. All gelato products are freshly made to order and require production time.

Production Timeline:
Orders will be prepared and completed before dispatch. Delivery will be arranged within five (5) working days upon completion of the gelato production process.

Delivery Time Slots:
Customers are required to select a preferred delivery time slot. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the selected time slot, all delivery times are subject to availability and operational requirements.

We will contact you prior to delivery to confirm the final delivery details.

Delivery Delays:
We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic conditions, courier disruptions, or force majeure events.

Incorrect Information:
We shall not be responsible for failed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer (e.g., incorrect address or contact number).

Failed Delivery & Redelivery:
If a delivery attempt fails due to the recipient being unavailable, uncontactable, or due to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, a redelivery fee of RM30.00 will be charged prior to arranging a second delivery attempt.

5. Refund and Return Policy

Perishable Products:
As our gelato products are perishable and made to order, all sales are final and non-refundable unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.

Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of your pick-up or delivery by calling +60 1-1145 2286 or emailing madeaftermy@gmail.com. Kindly provide clear photographic evidence to support your claim.

Our customer service team is available Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Upon verification, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Missed Delivery by Us:
If we fail to deliver your order on the confirmed delivery date due to reasons within our control, you may choose to reschedule the delivery or receive a full refund.

6. Promotional Offers and Discount Codes

Validity:
Promotional codes and discounts are valid only within the stated promotional period and subject to specific terms and conditions.

Usage Limitation:
Only one promotion or discount code may be used per order unless otherwise stated.

Right to Amend:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. Order Review and Corrections

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details (including product selection, quantity, and delivery information) before completing checkout.

An order confirmation will be sent via email upon successful placement of the order. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify us promptly if any errors are identified.

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, severe weather, civil unrest, governmental restrictions, or other unforeseen events.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
