Our Story

It started with a simple realization: the best things are "MADE AFTER"

I love gelato, but I was tired of the options outside. Everything felt rushed, mass-produced, and honestly, just too sweet. It felt like the flavor was an afterthought, buried under a mountain of sugar.

So, I started making my own at home. I didn't have a factory or a team; I just had a small machine and a lot of time.

That’s where I learned the most important ingredient: Patience. Patience to get the sugar levels just right so you can actually taste the ingredients. Patience to let the base age and the flavors develop. Patience to churn in small batches rather than rushing for volume.

MADE AFTER was born from that slow process. We aren't interested in being the fastest or the sweetest. We’re about the reward that comes after the wait—a scoop that’s balanced, honest, and made exactly the way I wanted it for myself.

Good things take time. Great gelato takes even longer.
